LAS Boomers Digital Archive – Access Instructions

Before You Begin

Access to the archive is restricted to approved members of the Lahore American School community.

To gain access, you must:

1. Register one time.
2. Receive approval from the Website Administrator.
3. Confirm your email address by clicking the verification link sent to you after approval.
4. Sign in using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which currently uses a text message sent to your mobile phone.

Registration and Login Process

Step 1 – Register to Request Access

1. Browse to LASboomers.org.
2. Click "Register / Request Authorization."
3. Complete and submit the registration form.

Your registration request will remain in Pending Approval status until approved by the Website Administrator.

Step 2 – Wait for Approval

After your registration has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

Please note:

• Approval is performed manually and is not automatic.
• The confirmation email may take some time to arrive.
• Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox.

Open the confirmation email and click the verification link it contains.

You must complete this step before you can access the archive.

Step 3 – Sign In

Return to LASboomers.org and sign in using the email address and password you entered during registration.

Step 4 – Verify Your Identity (MFA)

Currently, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) uses a 6-digit verification code sent by SMS text message to your mobile phone. You must have a mobile phone capable of receiving text messages.

Standard text messaging rates, if any, are the responsibility of the user and depend upon your mobile service provider and calling plan.

7. When prompted to verify your identity, select "Text Message."
8. Click "Send Text Message Code."
9. Complete the CAPTCHA by checking the "I am not a robot" box.
10. Wait for the 6-digit verification code to arrive by text message.
11. Enter the 6-digit verification code and click "Verify and Sign In."

Step 5 – Access the Archive

12. After successful verification, you will be directed to the LAS Boomers Digital Archive home page.
13. Click "Open LAS Publications" to begin browsing the collection.
